We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who is equally skilled at crafting world-
class design work and elevating the capabilities of those around them. This is a
leadership-track role for someone who wants to shape how great design gets done.
Role Overview
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design of complex websites, web
applications, and digital products while actively mentoring and guiding our existing
design team. You’ll own end-to-end design decisions, collaborate directly with clients
and stakeholders, and set a high bar for craft and execution. This role is ideal for
someone who has honed their skills across 4+ years of full-time design work and is
ready to take on broader responsibility both creatively and in shaping team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership
- Lead UX strategy and design direction for websites, web apps, and digital platforms across diverse industries.
- Own end-to-end design processes from discovery and user research through wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery.
- Establish and maintain design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines that scale across projects.
- Make informed design decisions independently and articulate rationale clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
Team Mentorship & Growth
- Actively guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers on craft, process, and design thinking.
- Review and provide structured feedback on team members' work to improve quality and consistency.
- Contribute to building a design culture of curiosity, craft, and continuous improvement.
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Participate in client-facing discussions to gather requirements, present concepts, and align on direction.
- Translate complex or ambiguous briefs into clear, well-structured design solutions.
- Work closely with project managers and developers to ensure designs are delivered accurately and on time.
Cross-functional Execution
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-precise, responsive implementation of designs.
- Provide detailed design specs, assets, and annotations that minimize back- and-forth during development.
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistent quality.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- 4+ years of full-time experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally with significant agency or product studio exposure.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of website and product design work including complex interfaces, design systems, and responsive layouts.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive/adaptive design.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and make sound design decisions under time constraints.
- Strong communication skills able to clearly explain and defend design decisions to clients and non-designers.
- Experience mentoring or providing structured feedback to junior designers.
Preferred
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Experience working within design systems and contributing to their evolution over time.
- Background in digital agency or multi-client environments with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools is a plus.

Webflow Developer

We’re a boutique web design and development studio based in Bangalore, delivering
high-quality websites, web applications, and portals for B2B clients across the US, EU, and
globally. With 480+ projects across 23+ countries, we work with a small, sharp team where
every member owns their craft end-to-end.
The Role
We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who takes pixel-perfect seriously. You’ll work directly
from Figma designs, translating them into polished, responsive Webflow builds with clean
interactions and production-ready quality. This isn’t a template-and-tweak role. You’ll be
building custom sites for international clients who expect the details to be right.
What You’ll Do
- Build responsive, pixel-accurate websites in Webflow from Figma designs
- Set up and maintain CMS collections, dynamic content, and multi-reference structures
- Implement custom interactions and animations using Webflow's native tools
- Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript embeds where Webflow's native capabilities fall short
- Collaborate closely with our UI/UX designers to review designs pre-build and flag edge cases early
- Integrate third-party tools and scripts (forms, analytics, CRMs, booking tools, etc.)
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all builds
- Maintain and update existing client Webflow sites post-launch
- Follow Quixta's internal standards for class naming, page structure, and handoff documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience (portfolio required)
- Strong ability to translate Figma designs into Webflow including spacing, typography, color, and layout accuracy
- Solid understanding of Webflow CMS, dynamic lists, and reference fields
- Comfortable with custom code embeds: HTML, CSS, vanilla JavaScript
- Familiarity with responsive design principles across breakpoints
- Working knowledge of Figma, ability to inspect, measure, and extract assets
- Eye for design quality, you notice when something is 2px off and it bothers you
- Good communication; able to flag blockers early and ask the right questions
Nice to Have
- Experience with Webflow Localization or multi-language setups
- Familiarity with Memberstack, Finsweet, Relume, or Lottie integrations
- Basic SEO hygiene in Webflow (meta, OG tags, redirects, sitemap)
- Prior experience at a web agency or studio environment

- Handle on-page SEO tasks like keyword placement, meta titles, and descriptions
- Update and format content in CMS platforms (WordPress)
