Role Overview

You'll join our Backend, Data & ML team and support API development, database work, integrations and data tasks under the guidance of senior teammates.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend APIs and services.
• Write database queries, migrations and data scripts.
• Support third-party and internal integrations.
• Help with data processing and cleaning tasks.
• Fix bugs, write tests and document your work.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of backend experience (internships and strong projects count).
• Working knowledge of Django and SQL.
• Understanding of REST APIs, databases and Git.
• Interest in data engineering and ML.
• Clear communication and willingness to learn.
• Experience working with AI tools for development such as Claude and Cursor.

Note: You don't need to be full stack. A solid backend foundation and the ability to work with frontend and mobile teammates is what we're after.

Nice to Have

• Python and basic data tools (for example pandas).
• Exposure to cloud platforms or Docker.
